Keep the Beat Ball 2018

This week I thought I'd let you know a bit about me and what I get up in my spare time.

This weekend my family attended the annual KEEPTHEBEAT Ball in the Jurys Inn, Hinckley.

KEEPTHEBEAT is a local charity based in Burbage, that helps and supports children affected by Congenital Heart Defects and their families through everything that this entails.

The charity is going from strength to strength and has provided so much for those who need it the most.

From transferring a room in to a Santa's grotto on the hospital ward for the children who are there over Christmas to buying a 3d printer for the local heart hospital in the East Midlands. They cover anything and everything that you could ever think about when going through a CHD illness as a child and a family.

Not only did they provide gifts for all of the children suffering with a CHD but they also gave the siblings all a gift and recognised the difficulties they go through as a brother or sister.

This year we donated and £100 gift voucher for Burbage Aesthetics so we shall see which lucky winner pops in to the clinic to receive their prize!

The total amount raised this year at the ball is a fantastic £12,675!!!!!

I could not be prouder to be a part of the KEEPTHEBEAT family and wish them all the most deserved success in everything they do!

Here's to next year!
